Every one of our customers is important, but only a select few are Priority Service Customers! Would you like to become a Priority Service Customer?
When you become a Priority Service Customer, there are discounts that apply based on the number of appliances you register and when you pay. The Insta-Pay discount applies if you pay to become a Priority Service Customer WHEN YOU SCHEDULE your maintenance visit. The standard discount applies if you pay when the technician is AT YOUR HOME for the maintenance visit. Service on unregistered appliances is subject to our normal rates and can be incorporated to the Priority Service after a maintenance visit.

Tom was willing to explain what was being done/replaced and why it was. He suggested that the price of repair for one of our appliances might not be worth the cost and that we might be better off to just go out and get a new one.
