During the warmer months of the year your refrigerator has to work much harder than usual. Regular maintenance should be performed in preparation for this.
When loading your refrigerator keep an eye out for the cooling vents and make sure not to block them to help prevent breakdowns, also make sure to clean spills promptly so that unwanted liquids don’t harm your unit.
